Unlike experience-specific codes which are entered inside an individual game, platform promo codes are redeemed on the official Roblox website:

  1. 1 Open a web browser and go to the official Roblox Code Redemption page at roblox.com/redeem (or roblox.com/promocodes).
  2. 2 Log in to the Roblox account where you want to receive the item.
  3. 3 Enter your promo code accurately into the Enter Code text box.
  4. 4 Click the Redeem button.
  5. 5 A green confirmation message will appear once the code is redeemed. Check your avatar Inventory under the item's accessory category.
Important note: Code redemption is processed through a desktop or mobile web browser at roblox.com/redeem (standard console and mobile apps do not include a promo code redemption tab).
